Answer: No, the service is strictly to remind you about bills. It is designed to help you:
Question: Do I continue to pay my bills as I do now?
Answer: Yes. We aren't trying to replace the way you pay your bills. Whether you pay them by check, online or electronic funds transfer (EFT) from your bank account, you can continue to pay your bills the way you normally do. We're just here to remind you about your bills and help you get organized
Question: Can I use your service for budgeting?
Answer: Absolutely! After you add your bills to your account you will have a good idea how much money you need and when you need it.
Question: Can other people access the information in my account?
Answer: No, you and anyone else you give your password to are the only ones that can access the information in your account.
Question: Do I have to install anything to use your service?
Answer: There is nothing to install on your computer! Just signup and then login to your account using our web site.
Question: Can I access your service from anywhere?
Answer: You can access our service from any computer in the world, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week as long as the computer you are using has a supported web browser and a connection to the Internet.
Question: What web browsers work with your application?
Answer: On a PC you can use Internet Explorer 6.0 and above or Firefox 1.0 and above. On a MAC you may use Firefox 1.0 and above or Safari 2.0 and above.
Question: Is there a limit to the number of bills you can be reminded about in one account?
Answer: Not at all. Enter all your bills into the system.
Question: Is there a limit on how many bill reminders per day that are due?
Answer: No, you can have as many reminders set to go out on the day your bills are due. There is no limit to how many bill reminders go out on due dates.
Question: How do you provide a history of bills I have paid if I don't use your system to pay bills?
Answer: Anytime you have paid a bill, whether by check, online or electronic funds transfer (EFT) you can mark the bill as paid in our system. This gets recorded the payment history section for your account and you can then look up your payments by year or month.
Question: How can you offer the service for free?
Answer: We are trying to build a solid user base as we evolve our product. What better way to make the service grow then to offer it for free? We plan to offer more advanced features down the road that might be offered on a subscription basis.
